I’ve blogged several times now on my love for the full midi skirt. So of course when I saw this full midi, I knew I had to have it.
There are two details that I love about this skirt. First: the sheer panels. The panels add a feminine and playful touch.
The second detail I love about this skirt is the stiffness around the bottom edge of the skirt. It helps hold the shape of the skirt and highlights the volume of the skirt!
Because this is a flowy skirt, I chose to wear a fitted top. Avoid wearing a loose fitting item on the top and the bottom because then you lose your shape. If I had been wearing a baggier top then I would have worn a more fitted bottom!

I thought this was navy, not black. Which I would prefer for work and corporate situations on most days. This seems perfect for “work-to-party” in the black, a Friday outfit.
