If you think that leather can’t be worn year round think again! A leather skirt is a perfect way to wear leather during the summer!

This particular skirt works perfectly for summer because of the lace panels, which add a feeling of lightness to the skirt!

What are your thoughts on wearing leather during the summer? Let me know in the comments below and have an amazing weekend! P.S. Don’t forget to check out my Instagram page to see additional looks that I don’t post here!

Leather attracts me, lace repels me. What a roller-coaster of a ride upon discovering your latest outfit-offering. On the way down it was fear, or just: NOoooooo. On the way up it was interest and excitement. …it reminds me of a film i once saw, along time ago, japanese or korean, the author deliberately sequenced scenes that were radically different from eachother–a happy scene or joke was followed by super depressing sad scene, and then back to joy……what a ride. … but i wander….alright now…Actually, in the pics, the lace part isn’t very visible, so no major turn-offs here. I could pretend it could be sheer inter-panels, which i wouldn’t mind. But imagining being closer to that creation for real, i must declare i’d be running away. —–Just to be more complete about the outfit, let me add that i love your top, in my opinion sleeveless is great, but the shoulder bits shouldn’t be too thin. boo to camisole-straps.

On another angle, a few words about leather as trend. Compared to the last 3 years, i’ve been noticing these last 5 months rather less leather content in the postages of fashion-bloggers. (well the ones i (kinda) follow anyway). A bit of a pity in my opinion (of course). ….—Let me applaud your contribution here at affirming that it’s still happening. Surely with your 44K instagram followers, it shall have an influence.

… hey what do I know, I’m just an enthusiast, and not a guide like you.

Say, Yael, do you think there is a planet out there in this vast universe, that is almost exactly as ours, except lace, scrunchies, knee-socks, and liquidy lip-gloss are absent ? One dreams of better worlds, always. …..

    Kind regards,
    Lex.

P.S. my questions there don’t actually require your answering. They’re there kinda for theatrical effect. Yeah you probs got that already. ——-Salutes again.—-exits.

Are you kidding – OF COURSE your comments require answering because I LOVE them. This one made me laugh out loud a few times!!! I also happen to hate liquidy lip-gloss so that was a nice addition to the items that are banned on the other planet! Ha!!! Hope you had a great weekend!!!

Wow! Love this look. So very stunning on you.

Do the body suit and skirt run true to size?

What are your thoughts on wearing the skirt in a business environment?

Thanks so much Anne!! The bodysuit definitely runs true to size. The skirt was a tiny bit larger than a true zero – but just ever so slightly. As for wearing the skirt in a business environment I definitely think you can do it. Of course it also depends on how strict your work environment is, but if it’s not super conservative I would add a blazer on top of the bodysuit. If the environment is more conservative I would switch out the bodysuit all together for a white button down, which I would tuck into the skirt!! Hope that helps! Let me know if you have any other questions!! xx yael
