As you guys know, one of the things I promised to you when I started this blog was to always remain authentic to you. As a blogger I receive requests to review many products but 9.9 times out of 10 those products never get shown to you because I don’t love the product.
The Hush Puppies boots that I’m wearing in this post are marketed as being water and stain resistant. I was (more than) a bit skeptical given that the boots are suede. After the huge snow storm that hit NYC last week I decided it was the perfect opportunity to see if the advertising claim was true.
Well, what can I say other than that I was astonished to see that they did!! I walked through mounds of snow and plenty of puddles and somehow after 20 minutes the boots literally looked like they just came out of the box.
Needless to say I’ve been wearing these boots almost every day because there is still plenty of snow to navigate around in NYC. The added bonus is that they are comfortable and stylish! So what do you think of these boots and what are your go to snow boots? Let me know in the comments below!

Yael — I kid you not, I saw these booties in the nordstrom catalog before christmas and took a pic of them to remind myself to look into buying them. These are lovely boots, though I’m not sure that they’d be wide enough for me. Plus you can’t get all of the colours in the UK. Though, surprisingly, the prices are similar here to what they are in the USA.
