Friday Favorite: Beauty Blender

August 22, 2014

A few weeks ago, I discussed my favorite foundation. Today I am going to talk about my favorite makeup tool for applying foundation – the Beauty Blender.

Beauty Blender Review

{Sponge: Beauty Blender}

I have tried many different brushes and sponges for applying foundation and by far, the best is the Beauty Blender. Using the Beauty Blender to apply foundation gives your skin an airbrushed look.

Always make sure to wet the Beauty Blender before applying your foundation. Hold it under cold water and then squeeze out the excess water. Do this several times until the Beauty Blender starts to grow in size.

Next place a small amount of the liquid foundation on the back of your hand. Press the smaller tip of the sponge into the foundation and then start applying your foundation. You can build up the coverage as needed.

Remember to wash your Beauty Blender with the soap provided after you have finished applying your foundation. If you take care of the Beauty Blender it will last you for a long time!

Have you used the Beauty Blender? What’s your favorite tool for applying foundation? Let me know in the comments below and remember if you want to know what a favorite item of mine is, simply leave a comment below, send me a tweet, or leave me a comment on Instagram!
