The Embellished Top

One of the easiest ways to dress up an outfit is with an embellished top. You can pair it with a pencil skirt for the office or throw on a pair of skinny jeans for a more casual look.
 
Keep your jewelry to a minimum when wearing an embellished shirt. Do not wear a necklace because the necklace will be competing with the shirt and the overall look will be too busy.
 
Remember, if your embellished top happens to be boxy, like the one I am wearing in this post, make sure to pair it with a fitted bottom to create balance!
